The Oklahoma City Thunder were looking to move 2-0 up on the Memphis Grizzlies with a win at home. The Grizzlies, although they were just the seventh seed out West are a dangerous team with a strong down-low game and they would turn to that on Monday.

Memphis goes inside to Marc Gasol --- and the big Spaniard is able to shoot over Nick Collison and give his club an 8-point lead. 16 for Pau's little brother.

The Grizz would continue to stay in front in the second half, Mike Conley slices to the lane and the road team remains in front.

Fast-forward to the final q, and OKC starts to turn it up defensively. Serge Ibaka gets the block on Gasol, and the Thunder get out on the break -- and Russell Westbrook has the emphatic finish. It's a 1-point game with three to go.

But Memphis would not be overwhelmed, and get a little lucky too -- Conley air balls the three, but Zach Randolph cleans up the miss, and is fouled on the putback -- 4-point game.

The home side would continue to battle and force another turnover -- and they get out in transition -- Kevin Durant with the finish, and OKC are up one with a buck-14 to go.

Final minute and Memphis is able to answer -- they miss the runner, but get the rebound and spot an open Mike Miller -- he cans the triple, and the road team is up 2.

The Grizz opened up a 5-point lead late, and OKC trying to get close, they almost turn it over, instead they get the most unlikeliest of plays, KD hits the three falling out of bounds, and he is fouled, a 4-point play, the lead is 1.

Memphis is still up a bucket in the final seconds, and Russell Westbrook's shot is off the mark, but Kendrik Perkins is there. That ties it 99-99 and we are off to OT.

But in the extra session, the Grizzlies do what the Grizzlies do, pound it inside. Randolph with the bucket, and they grab game two 111-105 and even the series at 1.
