Pakistan has just concluded its eighth edition of Bridal Couture Week in the commercial hub of Karachi. More than 20 of the country's top fashion designers showcased their latest bridal couture at the grand event. Audiences also witnessed A-list models strutting the runway with traditional fashion styles.

Pakistan's Bridal Couture Week concludes

Reputed as the grandest and most sought-after bridal event in the country, fashion lovers came out to get a glimpse of what to do on the big day.

One of Pakistan's most iconic designers showcased his collections of traditional bridal attire, which he called "everything a family looks for when buying a bridal dress."

The finale run-way show was put on by Pakistan's senior designer Hassan Shahryar Yasin of the label "HSY".

He named the collection "Orchid," which he says will cater to buyers from all financial backgrounds, unlike his other collections which were considered expensive and out of the common consumer's reach.

The event has attracted a great number of Fashion lovers. Fashionists at the event say the Bridal Couture Week has lived up to its reputation and showcased some of the country's best collections.
