Thomas Muller hat-trick helps Germany crush Portugal 4-0.

In the 11th minute, German striker Thomas Mueller scored a penalty. Then Mats Hummels rose above Pepe to double Germany’s lead with a well-timed header from a corner in the 32nd-minute. Mueller got tangled with Pepe in the 37th minute, and the Portugal defender was sent off for apparently head-butting the German as he sat on the ground.

Mueller scored again just before the break, stripping the ball from Bruno Alves and drilling in a low shot. In the 78th minute, Mueller scored another goal, to claim a hat-trick.
