Xi visits Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro

On Tuesday, the two leaders reviewed a guard of honor at the Palace of the Revolution and then held talks with representatives from both countries.

Xi laid a wreath in tribute to Cuba's national hero Jose Marti, who dedicated his life to Cuba's bid for independence in the 19th century.

On the same day, Xi visited Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro, and they exchanged views on bilateral ties, international relations and other issues of common concern.
