Madonna fans get ready: Julien's Auctions has announced a sale they claim is the largest-ever collection of Madonna memorabilia, from her personal and professional life.

"So, this is the first time that such a collection of Madonna has come to the auction block," Julien's Auctions'Exe. Director Martin Nolan said. "In fact, the next time that such a collection would come together would be if Madonna herself decided to have a sale."

More than 200 items will be auctioned, including 30 outfits from "Evita," a uniform from "A League of Their Own" and the costume from her "Material Girl" music video.

"We all remember 1985, the video from 'Material Girl' and she had a love affair with Marilyn Monroe," Nolan said. "We think of Marilyn Monroe and 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes,' and 'Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend.' When it came to 'Material Girl' Madonna chose to wear the similar pink dress that Marilyn had actually worn back in the 1950's when she did 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes."

The whole Madonna lot is valued to sell at $500,000, with the pink satin dress from Madonna's "Material Girl" video estimated to sell between $40,000 to $60,000.

"Madonna is iconic because she's a futuristic person," Nolan said.

"She's always on the cutting edge of what's new. She's a very smart businesswoman and she decides what she wants to wear. She's not ruled by fashion, she makes fashion statements herself. She's hugely successful. We love her music, we're still talking about her 'Material Girl' video that she created in 1985. She's been around for quite a long career and we've been entertained almost every decade by Madonna."

The auction will be available online and also include other memorabilia exploring her life and career.
