A spy agency says Kim Jong Un is undergoing treatment, after getting a cyst removed from his ankle.

It is believed the cyst could recur due to his weight and smoking habits. Kim was last seen in September, using a cane. The spy agency works out of the Republic of Korea. It has a weak track record on developments in the DRPK. It is not clear how the information was obtained.
