Edible fashion is the latest thing to hit Paris. The city's Chocolate Fashion Show features dresses made entirely or mostly out of chocolate, a food favorite not just for kids. Models may have to resist taking a bite out of their mouthwatering designs.

Models paraded a range of decadent designs at the annual Chocolate Fashion Show in Paris on Tuesday.

The event, now in its 20th year, saw approximately 70 models hit the runway wearing designs created by world-famous chocolatiers.

Former French tennis player Marion Bartoli and American choreographer Mia Frye were among those modelling the designs.

"Everyone expected something very important from this celebration, with the dresses, with the universal heritage, with the presence of all of these great international chocolatiers; the best in the world. We are, however, missing the Americans. We have an Englishman but we are missing some Americans, Anglo Saxons. This is really a very beautiful promotion for chocolate and for cacao," said Sylvie Douce, co-creator of Salon Du Chocolate.

Dominique Ouattara, First Lady of Coate d'Ivorie, made one of the opening speeches at the show on Tuesday, where she highlighted the issue of child labor in cocoa production.

She said Coate d'Ivorie had been rated "superior" by the US State Department in its fight against the "scourge" of child labor, particularly on cocoa plantations. And they're determined to fight until the elimination of this scourge.
