Kim Jong-Un visits Kumsusan Palace of the Sun

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea's top leader Kim Jong-Un visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun with other high-ranking officials.

Thursday marks the 23rd anniversary of the late leader Kim Jong-il's assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army. Kim Jong-Un, accompanied by leading officers of the armed forces, and ministry heads paid tribute to the statues of Kim Jong-il and Kim II-Sung in humble reverence.

The KCNA news agency commented on Kim Jong-il's achievements on his "military-first policy", saying this was the legacy that he left for the country.
