Five people have been confirmed dead in northwest China, after floodwaters swept away nine tourists in the province of Shaanxi.
The other four remain missing. The tourists were dining at a village in the Qinling Mountains when the tragedy struck at around 5 p.m. on Monday.
The flood was triggered by heavy rain, which also caused landslides in some areas. The search and rescue operation continues to find the four other tourists.
