Some of the loudest screams at Justin Bieber's upcoming concerts may be coming from blokes! The singer's recent batch of hit singles -- including the electro-pop "Where Are U Now" is earning the young singer a whole new level of respect and a fresh crop of so-called "Beliebers".

Grown men - not just knee-trembling girls - are starting to become "Beliebers" - that is to say, a Justin Bieber fan. Just ask Timothy.

"You can't deny where Justin Bieber is right now musically. You want to not like him, but you kind of just have to respect it," said a Justin Bieber fan named Timothy Javier.

"Like most people my age, I never really took Justin Bieber seriously. I thought he was speaking to somebody else of a different age and all his extracurricular activities kind of made me think he wasn't somebody very substantial. I heard 'What Do You Mean' and I actually sought out who did the song afterward and was surprised to find out it was him. A good pop song is a good pop song no matter who does it, and he achieved that there," said Dave Bauder, entertainment writer, Associated Press.

"What Do You Mean" is currently at Number 4 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart, not far behind Bieber's "Sorry" at Number 2. These tracks helped Bieber solidify his comeback after years of a tarnished image caused by arrests, public smoking, and fainting onstage that led to hospitalization.

Meanwhile, the Grammy-nominated track "Where Are U Now" has only deepened appreciation for the 21-year-old.

"I kept asking my girlfriend, 'Who is that guy? I keep hearing his voice.' She didn't even know until we actually had to go through the radio station's playlist to find out it was Justin Bieber," said Ennis Iheme, a Justin Bieber fan.

Others say they are surprised they enjoy Bieber's new sound, and are coming to terms with being Bieber fans.

"I think grown men have a problem with the term 'Belieber', but we're all slowly getting sucked into saying it, or being a fan of his music now. We're like, 'Can we be OK with Justin Bieber singing this banger?' And now we all are I think," said Paul Costabile, host for IHeartRadio.

Though they may have trouble admitting it, the likes of Timothy, Dave, Ennis, and Paul are the firstfruits of a new crop of converts to the church of Bieber!
