Washington and Seoul have postponed talks on deploying an advanced missile defence system to South Korea. The allies had been set to sign an agreement Tuesday on setting up a joint working group to look into the roll-out of the THAAD system. South Korea's defence ministry said the accord is in the final stage, but has been postponed by a day or two because of last-minute negotiations. The allies announced their intention to begin talks on deploying the THAAD system more than two weeks ago, following Pyongyang's rocket launch on February 7th.
