Introducing the one and only 'civil servant' police dog: Jess. Jess was seen being lectured by a police officer at a metro station in Shanghai, because he did not follow work procedures. A Weibo post dated April 6 captured this moment and said: "Civil servant is given a talking-to for following people around for fun". The official Weibo account of the city's police dog detachment later responded to the post, explaining that Jess, was "a bit mischievous while on duty" that day.
