Premier Li is in New York for the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly, and it's already held a high-level plenary meeting to address the large movements of refugees and migrants around the world. Premier Li added that China will provide 100 million US dollars in additional assistance for global refugees. World leaders also approved a declaration aimed at providing a more coordinated and humane response to the refugee crisis that has strained resources and stoked divisions from Africa to Europe.
