Wang Xiaohui, editor-in-chief of China.org.cn, spoke to Professor Joseph Nye, a renowned political scientist and scholar of international relations, about the current state of U.S.-China relations. Nye was an important figure in international affairs and national security during the Clinton administration, and is famous for creating the concept of "soft power."
