Belarus and Russia are resuming railway service on Monday, local media reported.

The first train from Minsk to Moscow is set to depart on Monday evening. Passengers arriving in the two Eurasian Economic Union countries must have a negative COVID-19 test result within three days before crossing the border, except for children under five years old. If a passenger with a negative test result has a fever at the time of arrival at the border, he will be put on isolation in an infectious diseases hospital.

Passengers who do not have certificates when entering the country must be isolated in a quarantine hospital for up to two days for testing. After receiving the results, passengers with positive results will be treated at an infectious diseases hospital, while those with negative results should quarantine at home for 12 days.
