A Lego installation by artist Hong Zijian of "Along the River During the Qingming Festival" on display at China World Mall in Beijing, Aug. 21, 2025. The 26.5 meter x 1.8 meter reimagining of the famous painting is built with about 3 million bricks — an extensive cityscape translating Song-dynasty life into a contemporary pixel language.
