Exhibition held to mark 100th anniversary of founding of Palace Museum in Beijing

9月29日拍摄的清明上河图卷局部（手机照片）。今年是故宫博物院建院100周年。9月29日，“百年守护——从紫禁城到故宫博物院”展览开幕式在北京故宫博物院举行。展览分为“一脉文渊”“百年传承”“万千气象”三个单元，展出文物200件（套），立体式阐释中华文明具有的突出的连续性、创新性、统一性、包容性、和平性，全方位展现故宫博物院发展历程。展览将于9月30日在午门展厅正式对公众开放。[新华社记者 金良快 摄]

On Monday, the opening ceremony of the exhibition "A Century of Stewardship: From the Forbidden City to the Palace Museum" was held at the Palace Museum in Beijing. The exhibition features 200 pieces (sets) of cultural relics, offering a multidimensional interpretation of the Chinese civilization and the evolution of the Palace Museum.
