Major-General Li Shuangjiang, born on March 10, 1939, is a Chinese military singer.
Meng Ge, born in 1966, whose stage name is Liu Qingdi, is a Chinese military singer. She was Li’s student at the Central Conservatory of Music.
In 1990, Li, at age fifty-one, married Meng Ge, who was twenty-four, in Beijing. They had a son named Li Tianyi, who has become known for his public misbehavior. In 2011 he attacked a couple over a traffic dispute and threatened witnesses. He was allegedly driving a BMW illegally at the time. In July 2013, he was arrested on charges of taking part in a gang-rape.
