The Dance Company of Siberia, one of the three major national dance ensembles in Russia, will perform from Jan. 6 to 8 at the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) in Beijing.
The performance, which includes 14 dances such as Russian folk dance "My Siberia," "On the Bench," "Siberia Fun" and "By the Well," aims to bring jubilation for audiences in Beijing with bright-colored dresses and garments, as well as graceful performances by dancers.
Founded in 1960, the dancing troupe has preserved Russian culture at an authentic state and brought the Russian dance to more than 80 countries with over 7,000 performances in Asia, Africa and North America.
