DC FanDome, the ultimate global fan experience, returns to China this Saturday, meaning DC fans can once again immerse themselves in the iconic DC Multiverse and celebrate its stars and creators, as well as enjoy plenty of surprises for the Chinese market. Among the exclusive events and content is a series of panels dubbed "Conversation Between Chinese Filmmakers and DC Filmmakers and Talent," WarnerMedia in China said in its press release on Monday.

The session will feature a lineup of Chinese and DC film directors, actors and producers, providing Chinese fans a glimpse into some behind-the-scenes highlights from DC's latest movies. All these conversations will be exclusively broadcast Oct. 17 on the DC FanDome account on Bilibili.

According to WarnerMedia in China, the high-profile session will include conversations between Chinese filmmaker Lu Chuan and "The Batman" filmmaker Matt Reeves, actors Robert Pattinson and ZoĆ« Kravitz and producer Dylan Clark; a conversation between Chinese director Ding Sheng and "Black Adam" director Jaume Collet-Serra, star Dwayne Johnson, and producers Beau Flynn and Hiram Garcia; a conversation between Chinese animation director Zhao Ji and "DC League of Super-Pets" filmmaker Jared Stern and producers Patty Hicks and Hiram Garcia; a conversation between rising Chinese director Jing Ran and "The Flash" director Andy Muschetti, actor Ezra Miller and producer Barbara Muschetti; a conversation between new Chinese director Li Xiaoyu and "Shazam! Fury of the Gods" director David F. Sandberg, star Zachary Levi and producer Peter Safran.

DC, a subsidiary of WarnerMedia, is one of the world's largest publishers of comics and graphic novels and is responsible for some of the most well-known comic franchises such as Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. As a creative division, DC is charged with strategically integrating its stories and characters across film, television, merchandise, home entertainment and more.

DC FanDome China has also added a three-week event, which will take place from Oct. 16 to Nov. 7 at the Winter Garden in Indigo Mall, Beijing, featuring an exhibition that spans DC's comics, movies, television series, games and merchandise. DC movies will also be screened at Indigo's CGV Cinema from Oct. 16 to 17, including "Shazam!," "Man of Steel," "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," "Wonder Woman" and "Aquaman," all of which were met with box office acclaim when first released to Chinese audiences.

Aside from all the exclusive Chinese content, local DC fans will also be able to enjoy the worldwide DC FanDome experience, WarnerMedia in China said.

DC FanDome will feature a gathering of casts and creators behind fan-favorite DC games, comics, movies and TV shows. As an annual celebration for superhero fans, the event will provide fans with breaking news, announcements and never-before-seen footage and exclusive trailers from Warner Bros. Pictures for highly anticipated titles such as "The Batman," "DC League of Super-Pets," "Black Adam," "The Flash," "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" and "Shazam! Fury of the Gods."

Last year, DC FanDome 2020 was a revolutionary global virtual fan experience and brought together the largest gathering of talent, announcements and content reveals in DC history, while generating more than 150 million views of trailer content, according to the company.
