1, Opera Turandot

Produced by National Center for the Performing Arts (NCPA), opera Turandot is the last and the most outstanding work of the Italian opera master Puccini. Puccini's deep affection for China is evident in the opera. For example, Puccini adapted the Chinese folk song Jasmine Flower as one of its essential musical motifs.

Debuted on Broadway in 1920, "Beyond the Horizon" is a play written by American playwright Eugene O'Neill. It was O'Neill's first full-length work and the winner of the 1920 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
