The 7th China Shanghai Jing'an International Sculpture Project (JISP) will take place from September 20 to Dec 31 at Jing'an Sculpture Park.

Co-hosted by the local government of Jing'an district and the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Planning, Land and Resources, about 28 artists from 16 countries will bring 42 works to the exhibition.

Renowned German sculptor and visual artist Katinka Bock, who was nominated for the prestigious Marcel Duchamp Prize, the highest award for contemporary art in France, will showcase her work La Passerelle/Walkway at the exhibition while Spanish artist Juan Garaizabal, known for his globally acclaimed monumental public sculptures Memorias Urbanas (Urban Memories), will present his work Ever Time Balcony this time.

This year's JISP will feature new special public guided tours, art workshops, and art walks in addition to the highly acclaimed JISP Photography Competition and the Youth Theme Painting Competition from previous years.
