China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio (Group) hosted a collaboration conference on July 26 to utilize video resources better to promote China's revolutionary culture.

The conference was joined by 26 museums and memorial halls around the country, including the Museum of the Communist Party of China, the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution and the Museum of the War of Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.

"China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio (Group) has given significant attention and strong support to the construction of our museum by providing a great quantity of valuable historical images and videos," said Wu Xiangdong, curator of the Museum of the Communist Party of China.

"These resources have greatly enhanced our exhibitions' authenticity and impact, strengthening visual effects and historical depth, which have received positive feedback from visitors."

Representatives from the revolutionary memorial halls and museums shared their experiences and achievements in the collection, compilation and display of audiovisual resources, and spoke with film and TV professionals about deepening collaborations and producing documentaries centered on China's revolutionary history.

The conference also marked the launch of a partnership program to enhance cooperation between the memorial halls and the film studio to produce and promote revolution-themed audiovisual works.
