Procedures for embassy officers and their dependents applying for dog-raising.

1. One's valid proof of identity in China (diplomat certificate or copy of passport)

2. Official status about personal dog-raising situation as submitted by the embassy.

3. The certificate provided by local real estate or security department of one's place of residence, approving a dog in the domicile.

4. The valid quarantine certificate of Beijing Animal Hospital for the dog concerned (Tel. 64970591).

5. Two front-facing photos (two in.) of the dog being raised.

6. RMB 20 yuan Currency

1. One's valid proof of identity in China (copy of passport and residence permit)

2. Proof of job, living address and personal dog-raising situation as submitted by work unit.

3. The certificate provided by local real estate or security department of one's place of residence, approving a dog in the domicile; the appropriate registration form (Registration Form of Raising a Dog) should bear the seal from the local police station's executive policeman.

4. The valid quarantine certificate of Beijing Animal Hospital for the dog concerned (Tel. 64970591).

5. Two front-facing photos (two in.) of the dog being raised.

6. RMB 5000 yuan Currency

Procedures of annual registration for embassy officers and their dependents.

No. 37 counter, reception hall, F2, Exit & Entry Administration, Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau at 2 Dongdajie, Andingmen, Dongcheng District is responsible for receiving these cases, the following must be provided:

1. Dog-raising permit.

2. Official status about personal dog-raising situation as submitted by the embassy.

3. The certificate provided by local real estate or security department of one's place of residence, approving a dog in the domicile. Additional certificates are needed if the place of residence has changed since the permit was issued.

4. The valid quarantine certificate of Beijing Animal Hospital for the dog concerned (Tel. 64970591).

5. Two front-facing photos (two in.) of the dog being raised.

6. RMB 20 yuan Currency
