Ditan Temple fair releases its commemorative stamps for the Chinese Year of the Snake.

The Longtan and Ditan temple fairs will be held from February 9 to 16, according to the Ditan and Longtan temple fair organizing committees.

These two temple fairs will bring along nostalgic feelings for the Beijing citizens' Spring Festival. The Ditan Temple Fair has prepared some 200 performances. In addition, it will exhibit 100 pictures of the old Beijing, showcasing the great changes this ancient historical city has gone through.

Longtan Park, site of the Longtan Temple Fair, will feature the 30th Session of the Longtan Temple Fair exhibition. The pictures which have been collected from private citizens will portray the 30 year-long history of the temple fair.

Both temple fairs will reduce their number of complimentary tickets and cancel group tickets. Besides, they will change the color of tickets everyday and add anti-counterfeiting marks in order to counter ticket scalping.
