Temasek sells BOC shares

Asia Financial Holdings Pte, a unit of Singapore government-backed Temasek Holdings Pte, is seeking as much as HK$4.46 billion (US$573 million) selling shares in Bank of China Ltd, according to an e-mail to investors. 

 

Asia Financial is offering international institutions 1.08 billion existing shares in China's third-largest bank at HK$4.09 to HK$4.12 each, said the e-mail. Morgan Stanley is arranging the sale.
