Dongfeng Motor Group Co, China's third-biggest auto maker, boosted first-quarter auto sales 30 percent as economic growth spurred demand for the cars it makes with Japan's Honda Motor Co and Nissan Motor Co.

The car maker sold 270,000 vehicles in the first three months of the year.
