CITIC Resources seeks separate listing

CITIC Resources Holdings Ltd, a Chinese metals producer turned oil supplier, said it seeks a separate listing of its manganese mining unit in Hong Kong.

The company's stake in CITIC Dameng Holdings Ltd will drop to below 50 percent following the proposed listing, from 80 percent, a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange yesterday said.
