Steel duty ends

China, the world's largest consumer of steel, will end anti-dumping duties on cold-rolled coil imports from Russia, South Korea, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Taiwan today, according to the Ministry of Commerce.

China imposed the duties on September 23, 2003.
