Steel product exports fall
Adjust font size:

China, the world's biggest steel producer, said steel product exports fell 13 percent in September to a three-month low on a global credit crunch and an economic slowdown curbed demand.

Exports fell to 6.67 million metric tons last month, from a record 7.68 million tons in August, the customs said yesterday on its Website. That's still 50 percent more than a year earlier, said Bloomberg News.
