ZTE wins order

ZTE Corp, China's second-biggest maker of telephone equipment, said it won a US$100-million order from China Mobile Communications Corp to supply its unit in Pakistan with wireless network gear.

The equipment maker will supply base stations using the global system for mobile communications technology, or GSM, ZTE said yesterday in an e-mailed statement.
