GM's bankruptcy filing no substantial impact on Shanghai JV

The court-supervised reinvention of General Motors Corp. in the United States will have no substantial impact on Shanghai GM, a joint venture between GM and Shanghai Automotive Industry Group, said Shanghai GM on Monday.
