Tough situation makes full tax rebates for exports urgent
Adjust font size:

China's export enterprises are facing a tough situation which makes full-tax rebates for certain exports more urgent and important, said Yao Jian, spokesman for the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) Friday.

The policy of full-tax rebates for certain exports could help Chinese enterprises to compete equally in the global market, Yao said.

Export tax rebates are common practices in international trade and it's the legal right of the Chinese producers to call for full-tax rebates for certain exports, Yao said.

China has raised export rebates for several products since last year and the composite export rebate stands at 12.4 percent.
