Seven people were dead and one more missing Tuesday after a landslide triggered by torrential rains in Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze in southwest China's Sichuan Province, said local authorities.

Another landslide hit Xuyong County, Luzhou City of Sichuan Province, leaving six dead and one buried.
