Photos of seven senior middle school students lying in the middle of a road were posted on a microblog Sunday.

Teens lie in the middle of the road to take souvenir pictures

Most of the people who have viewed the photos have reacted positively, and only a small number have said that the students' action was dangerous.

Four of the teens pictured are girls, and none of the seven said they regretted what was basically an impulsive act – even though they may have been a little afraid.

Apparently, they had simply wanted photos to remember the evening they had spent together.

Jiang Mindan, a university teacher who has been devoted herself to teenage education told the media that the students are lack of the sense of self-protection and it's the educators' responsibility to enhance their sense.
