Wo Qiang Tuan, a group-buying website that offers consumers large discounts (a Chinese Groupon), has teamed up with charity China Youth Care Foundation to train and employ physically disabled college graduates.

More than 50 students are currently training in Miyun District in the suburbs of Beijing. One group is taught how to make handicrafts, such as ironing patterns onto tiny gourds with needles, while another group is taught agricultural production on two chicken farms funded by the project. Fifteen people have already completed the courses, and according to the agreement, 10 of them have joined Wo Qiang Tuan's staff.

Wo Qiang Tuan has also agreed to donate 5 cents from every transaction to the project fund. Customers can also donate money through the website.
