A total of 122 pieces of cultural relics have been unearthed from 12 ancient tombs from the Warring States period (475-221 BC) in north Hebei Province, according to the provincial Institute of Cultural Relics.

These cultural relics included eight exquisite belt hooks, eight bronze arrowheads along with a bronze sword and some other bronzewares, pottery, and jadewares.

The discovery of these cultural relics suggest that the owner of the tombs was a warrior with high social status, said the local archaeologists.
