A collection of 81 Qi Baishi paintings was auctioned off in Changsha City, Hunan Province for 12.5 million yuan, China News reported.

The paintings, which Qi drew as a young carpenter, set the highest price record at the auction named Three Hundred Years' History of Hunan Province.
