A man killed one person and injured three others with a knife in a county hospital in north China's Hebei Province Tuesday, local police said.

The incident happened at the ear-nose-throat department of Baixiang County Hospital on Tuesday morning, county police said.

The three injured people did not incur life-threatening injuries, police said.

Police are investigating the incident. No other information is immediately available.
