A PLA regiment are carrying out decontamination and detection of chemical agents in the infected "toxic" areas during a drill on April 7, 2013.


A shore-based anti-ship-missile regiment carried out a NBC (nuclear, biological and chemical) defense drill on April 7, 2013, according to the PLA Daily.

The regiment is under the South China Sea Fleet of the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA).
