The stamp will feature earthquake waves, to represent the disaster, and a heart held in hands, to illustrate relief work, the group said in a statement on Saturday.

The stamp will be issued on Friday.

A total of 10 million stamps will be produced, costing 1.2 yuan (0.19 U.S. dollars) each, with all 12 million yuan worth of sales going to the quake-hit Lushan area, the statement said.

A 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Lushan County on April 20, leaving 196 dead, 21 missing and 13,484 injured as of Wednesday.
