Knife attack injures 4 in Beijing

The police has cordoned off the Carrefour store in Beijing where a knife-wielding man allegedly injured four people. 


A knife-wielding man allegedly injured four people, including two children, on Monday near a Carrefour store in Beijing, Xinhua News Agency reported.

The suspect was arrested at the scene and the injured were rushed to hospital.

The police has cordoned off the scene. People are not allowed into the Carrefour store.

The suspect was born in 1963 in Beijing, police said.
