China's microblogging service Sina Weibo recently launched a "hot mum" photo contest, sparking an online craze.

As prospective hot mums posted their best photos on China's Twitter-like website, Weibo users were surprised to find that many of those mothers indeed looked quite different from what they were supposed to be: They certainly do look "hot" with their slender figures and edgy outfits. Some of them even look more like their offspring's sisters than their mothers, making it hard to tell both generations apart.
