High-ranking officials should study Xi's speeches

A senior leader of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Wednesday urged high-ranking officials to study President Xi Jinping's speeches.

Liu Yunshan, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC, made the comments during a seminar attended by ministerial-level officials.

The seminar was the seventh of its kind held by the Party School of the CPC Central Committee to study Xi's speeches and remarks. A total of 2,300 ministerial-level officials attended the seminars.

Liu said at the seminar on Wednesday that Xi's remarks are of great significance, adding that Party organizations at all levels should view learning the president's remarks as important in their studies.
