Baotu Spring flow at risk of stopping in Jinan

The water level of the famous Baotu Spring in Jinan, east China's Shandong Province, has dropped to its alarm level of 27.60 meters (90.55 feet) over the past eight days.

Because of the less precipitation in 2014 and the lasting spring drought, 17 springs among Jinan's four clusters of 72 famous springs have stopped flowing so far.

And four springs located in Baotu Spring Park in Jinan are also at risk of stopping flowing.
