The girl, surnamed Li, was reportedly kidnapped when she was driving alone late at night. The accused forced her into the car and took away her purse and cell phone.

But Li had another phone with her and she took it out when he was driving and sent her location to her boyfriend through WeChat.

Her boyfriend called the police after he failed to locate the car.

After 40 minutes, Li was rescued when the police found the car at a residential area, although the alleged robber had already escaped.

Li, who's majored in fine arts, drew the sketch of the suspect and he was caught with the help of the sketch and DNA found at the site.

What surprised the police was how closely the portrait resembled the accused.
