E-mail China.org.cn, July 30, 2015Zhuhai's Jinwan District will build a 5,000 sq.m. entrepreneurial base, its third, through the market-based operation mode this year. It is expected to be out into use late this year or early in 2016.
Currently, Jinwan has two college student entrepreneurial incubation bases in the Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology and Zhuhai College of Jilin University, respectively. Many talents have been developed to greatly promote local entrepreneurship.
According to Liu Ruiqing, Director General of Jinwan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau: "This new base is different from the previous two. It will deeply integrate with human resource policies under the market-based operation mode. In the future, we will offer better service to Jinwan's young entrepreneurs. They are bound to benefit more from the employment and entrepreneurship policies."
An official from the incubation base in Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology said: "The success rate of the base's entrepreneurial project incubation ranks between 60 percent and 70 percent. Every year, 12 teams can be attracted to our base. We provide start-up guidance and training and the full-scale incubation. In one year, we'll organize the qualified projects to enter the market and help them with the application of venture capital.".
Jinwan's entrepreneurship-aiding work has greatly expanded in recent years. According to statistics, 2,843 new local jobs have been created and 273 entrepreneurs newly attracted to Jinwan in the first half of this year.
