A fire that broke out Tuesday afternoon in the suburb of Xianyang in northwest China's Shaanxi Province has been put out, provincial fire brigade said.
The fire started at about 4 p.m. after a heating device in a refinery cracked and caught fire. The fire has been put out and fire fighters are cooling and monitoring the heating device, Shaanxi's fire brigade said in a statement.
No causalities were reported.
