According to reports, a total of 117 quality projects have been introduced to Hengqin’s Innovalley. A scene of prosperity has spread out in Hengqin and the amount of financing has reached 100 million yuan.

In February of this year, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued a formal announcement and included Hengqin’s Innovalley as a national makerspace, which enjoys the country’s preferential policies, including some preferential tax policies.

Over the years, Hengqin’s Innovalley has also introduced a few high-level innovation research institutions such as the National Food Safety (Hengqin) Innovation Project and the Innovation and Research Institute of South China University of Technology. A large number of great achievements have been realized.

It’s worth mentioning that the Innovalley organized its first periodical achievement exhibition on March 2, 2016.
