Two of the 11 survivors from the initial crash in Ziyun County on Saturday have succumbed to their injuries.

Nine people were killed initially after the bus they were in rolled over on a highway running from Anshun-proper to Ziyun, which is located on the outskirts of the city.

It’s still unclear what caused the bus to lose control.

The area where the crash took place is a rugged area, and is popular among tourists for its geological beauty.
